Abstract

Text to Speech Synthesis (Speech Output) and Voice to Text recognition (Speech Input) have witnessed significant progress the last years. Due to the increasing power and the decreasing costs of PC's rehabilitation and integration of people with disabilities. This paper gives a short overview to applications that will be used in rehabilitation as well as enhancing the quality of life of people with disabilities soon.
