Teambezogene Planungsinstrumente des Qualitätsmanagements für den betrieblichen Umweltschutz im Leistungsvergleich

Is it better to solve a problem individually or in a team? The aim of this dissertation is to find out the answer to this question concerning instruments belonging to the quality management referring to teamwork for the planning of the conservation in companies. Advantages and disadvantages of the integration of employees in the planning of the conservation are discussed. To integrate the employees, there are several instruments belonging to the quality management, which are judged by their way of supporting the solution of environmental problems caused by the company. These instruments are compared with each other, in order to find out which one is suitable to solve which kind of environmental problem. The basic objective of the conservation in the company should be the avoidance and reduction of environmental problems caused by the company. As the conservation concerns the whole company, employees of all hierarchy levels should be integrated in its planning.
