Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

The contribution discusses the challenges which Austrian school leaders face due to the implementation of new governance instruments. As school leaders are central actors in schools’ governance logics, their assessment of the potential of the new governance, the problems they experience in implementation (e.g., experience of strain) and the existing measures for further development of school leaders seem especially important.
