Abstract
The title phases are prepared by topochemical reaction starting with Nb2SC. They are isotypic with the corresponding intercalation compounds of Ta2S2C. Nb2S2C is formed by deintercalation of Cu0.7[Nb2S2C]. It is isotypic to 1T-Ta2S2C. The magnetic properties are determined.
