Abstract

In this paper the authors are analyzing various segments of unique and complex Covid-19 Virus Crisis: from discourse of basic theories and types of 'Covid-19 fears' to the main characteristics of first three phases of Crisis. Worst communication between political and societal authorities with public has produced more insecurity and disorientation with long term potential of many different treats for stability for local, regional or national level. Fake news, autism of elites and coming economic depression, with a potential of new terrorist attack and all over presence of 'old logic' are bringing the World to the point of very dangerous asymmetric treats which could be solved only if we as a Global Community urgently start to implement 'new logic' of human (daily) thinking and acting. The authors are giving concert suggestions for the implementation of this New Logic in a short 'Proposal for a Manifesto of New Utopia for better World after Covid 19 Crisis' and why Multilateralism Matters!
