Abstract
Einblick, inwieweit dem Gesetzgeber der Schutz der Verbraucher vor dem von pestizidbelasteten Nahrungsmitteln und Trinkwasser ausgehenden Gefährdungspotential tatsächlich gelingt und wie mit vorhandenen Rückständen umgegangen bzw diese im Anlassfall geahndet werden. Dazu ist eine interdisziplinäre Betrachtung notwendig, die sowohl das Öffentliche Recht, das Zivil- und Strafrecht sowie auf Grund der vielfach wahrgenommenen Kompetenzen der Europäischen Union das Europarecht einschließt.
