Abstract
This masters thesis explores the competence-oriented creation and management of Python programming exercises. In this context, a web-based management platform for Python programming exercises from Jupyter Notebooks is developed. The respective literature research to provide a theoretical background, as well as the implementation of a prototype of the platform, was done applying Design Science Research by Hevner et al., in which the course leader of the course "Einführung in die Softwareentwicklung mit Python" at the Johannes Kepler Universität Linz represents the organisation.
