Abstract
The main goal of this paper is to increase the understanding of the design and management of open foresight processes. Based on a literature review and interviews with foresight-practitioners and experts a conceptual model of an open foresight process has been developed. This conceptual model contributes on the one hand to open foresight literature and offers, on the other hand, a fruitful framework for the design and management of a company-specific open foresight process.
