Abstract
This paper develops a model of tasks of user services. This model suitable for identifying attributes of user services in order to measure success by applying Success Factors Analysis (SFA). Specifies of SFA with regard to measuring the success of user services are discussed. Case study provided the methodology for the investigation. The concept of success measuring has not been tested in reality to date. Successful case studies applying SFA for measuring enterprise-wide information processing support its usability for user services as evaluation object.
