Abstract
Die Beurteilung, ob eine weitere Verwendung eines Lehrers an einer Katholischen Bildungsanstalt (konfessionellen Privatschule) iSd § 20 Abs 2 PrivSchG aus religiösen Gründen untragbar ist, ist allein in das Selbstbestimmungsrecht der Kirche oder Religionsgesellschaft gelegt.
