Abstract
A novel circuit for the compensation of the spurious admittance of TSM resonator sensors is proposed. It compensates both the spurious capacitance and conductance and as such is well suited for measurement in conductive liquids. Design equations, simulations and measurement results of a bread-boarded prototype are presented. © 2004 IEEE.
