Handlungsorientierte Erfassung, Darstellung und Weiterverarbeitung von Stoff- und Energiestromdaten am Beispiel der Gemeindeverwaltung Puchenau/OÖ

The first part of the paper describes the targets and theoretical basis, e.g. eco-balancing, environmental informations systems, environmental management systems, european and international standardes organisations forms in environmental management. The second part shows very detailed the assumptions for the different areas of environmental problems in municipalities as well as the results of the eco-balance divided in natural media and material flows. The third part of the paper works out an environmental management system (for the examined municipolity) according to ISO 14001 including suggestions for actions in the different fields of environment problems and a newly developed system of reference numbers which enables a very easy eco-controlling.
