Abstract

Although, the Frozen Elephant Trunk ( FET) procedure is a potential treatment option for patients with severe acute aortic arch intramural hematoma, the impact of native tissue preservation during aortic arch reconstruction is currently unknown. This study reports on outcomes of FET procedure with aortic arch island reconstruction in the given patient collective.
