Abstract
Austria and its employees are getting increasingly older. Musculoskeletal diseases are statistically the most frequent cause of sick leave. Therefore, the preservation of working capacity and health as well as the reduction of work-related stress are important elements in meeting these challenges. In this context, exoskeletons are becoming more and more important as new mobile and body-based assistance systems. The results of a study in industrial companies speak for themselves and, above all, show a high degree of practical suitability.
