Abstract

Dictionaries are fundamental components for education to learn a rich vocabulary. But at this time not all dictionaries are available in electronic form, which is essential for books because of the huge amount of text, or these dictionaries are not accessible to blind and visually handicapped people. The writing of dictionaries accessible by both user groups will be outlined.
