Abstract
The purpose of my talk was to share findings from practitioner research I conducted last year with a small group of undergraduate International Business students in Germany. The focus was on how group dynamics can impact the distribution of speaking time in class. Based on evidence from the research findings, applying certain coaching-related behaviours and practices had a positive effect on my group of students (Hunter 2017). The use of ‘Rounds’ ensured an easeful and equally shared speaking practice.
