Abstract
We assume that the challenge of digital change cannot be met pedagogically simply by postulating an abstract “ability to learn”. Rather, it is a matter of adjusting deeply ingrained habits of perception, interpretation and (non-)action. These adjustments of our mental “glasses” are necessary if we want to shape the change processes responsibly.
