Abstract

We investigate a certain quartic integral from V. Molls book Irresistible Integrals and demonstrate how it can be solved by computer algebra methods, namely by using non-commutative Gr¨obner bases. We present recent implementations in the computer algebra systems Singular and Mathematica.
