Abstract

This work deals with the reliable determination of a conductive, nonmagnetic metal coating thickness on ferromagnetic steels. For this purpose an eddy current sensor system is used. Different analytical coil models are compared and a robustness analysis against interfering influences is done and the results are verified by measurements
