Abstract
In real world decision making, the idea of intersecting multiple objectives and parameters uncertainty is of vital importance. In this paper, we address a two-stage bi-objective location-allocation problem for a last mile network in humanitarian logistics where one objective is affected by demand uncertainty. In order to find a reliable methodology, we embed three different uncertainty approaches into two criterion space search methods. We develop a matheuristic technique to find high-quality approximations of the Pareto-frontier for large size instances. We analyze and compare the performance of the applied approaches on real world case studies.
