Abstract
The basic level of Accessibility is about user to access and to use content of internet sites. Primary Accessibility is the attainment of websites for people with disabilities. The websites also have to be attractive, user friendly, efficient and effective. The same rule applies to people without disabilities. A relationship between Accessibility and Usabiliy is to recognize. In that paper the criterions of Accessibility and Usability are discussed and a prototype illustrates the practical use.
