Abstract
University organisational units frequently conclude contracts for supplies, for instance of computers and other technical equipment. External construction works or services are sometimes required. This article shows that legal obligations exist in relation to the awarding of such contracts, even if the value oft the order is low, and points cut the risks involved for the university, the heads oft the university organisational units and the project managers in the case of illegal awards.
