Abstract
In this paper we present a comparison of various printed ultra wideband antennas fed by a coplanar waveguide to coplanar stripline (CPW-to-CPS) balun. The different ultra wideband antennas and the CPW-to-CPS balun were analyzed, fabricated and measured. With the presented results printed ultra wide-band antennas can be selected for UWB applications, based on the determined VSWR behavior.
