Übertragung umweltrechtlicher Anforderungen in Steuerungsgrößen des prozessorientierten Umweltmanagements bei der BMW Motoren GmbH

This diploma projekt work describes the Austrian and European environmental laws and the rlevance for the Automobeile industry in Austria. A major part focuses on the responsibility and consequences regarding these laws as described. Further we analysed and offered ways and possobilities to increase efficiency and worked aout strategies for a decrease of risks in BMW`s process management within the given frame of technological and organistional limitations. The practical part shows the implementation of accounting measures and ratio analyses which will be used to control and steer the processes to prevent breaks of law. The data of this accounting system will be used to control and steer the processes to prevent breaks of law. The data of this accounting system will be presented in BMW`s reporting system. The goal was to find ways to get data for this accounting system out of different given systems at BMW.
