Abstract
Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Aspekten der ökologieorientierten Sortimentspolitik unter Berücksichtigung des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels. Vorab werden grundlegende Fakten über den Handel, den Konsumenten von heute und die Sortimentspolitik geklärt.
