Ökologieorientierte Personalentwicklung - Mitarbeiterorientierung zur Förderung einer nachhaltigen Unternehmensentwicklung

The first chapter deals with why the consideration of the sustainable business development is so important and which influences a sustainable acting firm is subjected to. Furthermore, the principles and setting of goals (economical, ecological and social goals) of sustainable firm are dealt with, whereby the employees and consequently the development of the staff play a big part changing the goals. In the following chapter the essence of the classic development of the staff is explained to illustrate a general understanding of this part of a business without considering the ecological orientation. The third chapter examines the ecological based staff development which aims especially towards the promotion of ecological based behavior. Which contributions an ecological oriented staff development makes to a sustainable business development is the content of the fourth chapter, which brings the learning processes, individual and organizational, into the foreground. The development of the staff can realize its contributions as either on the job or off the job training. After a summary and an outlook the results of the interviews by the experts of 9 Linzer enterprises and 2 consulting firms, which are participating in the project ?OEKOFORUM ? Linz lebt Umwelt? are explained. From the interviews of the firms it shall become evident, how far the ecological based staff development is already used in the promotion of a sustainable enterprise development in these firms. The interviews of the consulting firms shall provide the information, if and when yes, which advice and measures in the framework of the ecological staff development the consulting firms will offer to the business.
