The project will deliver tools which can be used by individuals, either alone or in supported groups, to help them assess where they have reached in terms of their employability, by getting them to examine their past development, training and learning and support them in making a development plan for their future. The tools will be useable by people in employment, who are unemployed or who are disabled, by people who are in poorly paid, dead end jobs. It is particularly aimed at people with poor or no qualifications and will be an important aid to accessing lifelong learning opportunities.
