Description
An existing magnetic field resonance instrument which was developed by RIIC has to be redesigned.
The redesign will cover following items:
? improvement of the power management (auto shut down)
? battery management
? implementation of a switched signal generation unit for better power efficiency
? use of e new micro controller with integrated I2C-interface
? integration of the LCD-controller on the micro controller baseboard
? implementation of an IRDA interface for wireless data communication for service and diagnostic access
? improvement of the system testability
