TRIPS PROJECT

The project DELCOSI is done under the transregional innovation programme of the European Comission DG XIII. The project itself consists of six subprojects: SP 1: Improving technology transfer from science to Upper Austrian SMEs (by Prof. Harald Schmidt) SP 2: Commercial exploitation of scientific results generated in enterprises (by Rainer Ordenewitz) SP 3: Innovation assistant/consultant for SMEs (by Heinz D.
