Description
The hearing forms a crucial part in administrative and legal proceedings. It can neither be neglected in authorization processes e.g., for new industrial plants or road construction, nor in civil litigation and criminal trials. During the pandemic video calls have become the make-shift solution for hearings. However, would not new technologies be of more value for the state of law? In its project “The Virtual Court. Reality” the LIT Law Lab seeks for answers to this question and introduces the court of the future established in the virtual space –with VR Headsets instead of briefcases!
