Testumgebung zur Evaluierung von Druckanwendungen

The goal of the TrodaJetproject is to provide a plattform for testing and evaluating the thermal Ink-Jet technology. The test plattform is micro processor based and can be operated stand alone. Via different interfaces (USB, IrDA, BlueTooth) data transfer between the test plattform and a personal computer (PC) can be established. This test environment is able to control a stepper motor, the print head and the position sensor of the print head. It should be possible to print in a limited area text and graphics. For this application the print head will be positioned by a stepper motor. In a second application the print head will be positioned manually. In this case the position of the printhead has to be measured by a postion sensor.
