Description
In a complex, disruptive world, managers have to deal with new challenges and technologies. This research project aims to examine the suitability of existing teaching formats and methods in the university sector for the digital age. In our view, the proactive and constructive use of (generative) artificial intelligence (AI) is the key to countering the dangers of non-use or incompetent use. We want to understand and demonstrate what skills managers need in such an environment and how they can acquire them. From this, we want to derive forward-looking approaches for the development of managers.
