SPOK_Spezifische Oberflächenkonditionierung mit Atmosphärendruckplasma

The main goal of the SPOK project is to gain fundamental understanding of the specific conditioning of material surfaces by applying a new atmospheric pressure plasma (APP) process which uses gas-liquid mixtures. Advanced surface analytics is carried out with electron-spectroscopic and optical techniques, which leads – together with joining experiments using diverse materials – to a final validation of the novel process.
