Project Details
Description
Existing receiver and transmitter circuits for remote keyless entry purposes - operating either in frequency band 868-870MHz or in 433-435MHz - are extended with a programmable digital microcontroller core appending special Peripheral modules. A cheap one-chip solution
able to be reprogrammed and used in different applications should be presented. The resulting ASIC will be manufactured in C9N 0.25?m CMOS technology. The expected bit-transferrate is
20kBit/sec in halfduplex mode. The operational area specially requires low power consumtion.
The design is to be made in VHDL. By synthesis and placement & routing a corresponding netlist is generated for the resulting integrated circuit.
