Description
The project aims at developing new theoretical frameworks, methods, algorithms and computer tools for the performance analysis and dynamic optimization control of structurally heterogeneous queueing
systems in modeling of dynamics of the modern cloud-based telecommunication systems, whose general idea consists in shifting the location of the computing infrastructure to the network in order to reduce
management costs and maintenance of hardware and software resources under the defined constraints on the Quality of Service (QoS).
