Project Details
Description
The Bridge2Uni project aims to support the transition from school to university for blind and visually impaired pupils through a structured peer counseling program. Blind and visually impaired students are trained as peer advisors. Key activities include the development of a training program, the provision of accessible training materials, the implementation of a pilot project, and the establishment of a network and an (online) platform. The project seeks to reduce barriers, improve access to higher education, and establish long-term support structures.
