Evaluations and assessments of patients, patients reports, play an important role in the health care system. patient surveys are used as tools for quality assurance as well as for improvements in practitioner-patient relationship or to investigate patients satisfaction with the health care system. To get the full advantage of such petients reports, certain ethical, methodological and content related principles have to be noticed.
