Description
Browsing through large amounts of digital video, users need to get a quick overview of the material, in search of "intended" content. An approch to fast visual perception of video contents was developed; it is based on flexible hierarchical 3D representation which in turn rely on ranked key frames. The attempt was to provide as much as possible inside into video information "at-a-glance", and to emphasize fast sequential and hierarchical navigation.
