Project Details
Description
Representatives from Social Security institutions, working together, will be engaged in the recognition of possilibities of EESSI development - including analysis of the solution of real-time verification of the patient's entitlement at the healthcare providers sites (based on both the EHIC, national/regional social security cards and other portalbe ID documents) given the fact the Member States have a different starting position in terms of health infrastructure, organizations and EESSI implementation. The expected outcome of the project is a set of documents describing the most interesting services that could be implemented as real-time solutions being based on already defined EESSI flows. JKU is a partner in this project, mainly to develop a generic evaluation method, that could be used for any Member States' SSO that will use online/real time services. • Preparation of an evaluation n concept which allows the impact assessment concerning the goals of the program,
• Feasibility study
• Evaluation guidelines.
