Die Mokkenskalierung ist ein nicht parametrisches, probabilistisches item-response-Modell.
Im Rahmen des Projekts wird ein Computerprogramm zu diesem Verfahren entwickelt. Es werden Anwendungsmöglichkeiten, insbesondere Aspekte der Modellprüfung behandelt, sowie Anwendungsprobleme anhand simulierter und realer Daten dargestellt.
