Mobility Management in Companies – Benefits to Employees, Enterprises and Environment

In the German-speaking centre of Europe there are existing various projects concerning “Mobility Management in Companies”, but most of them are focussing primarily on the results, whereas about success factors or risks in an ongoing corporate mobility management process there are few pieces of information available. Those success factors and their analysis are the main purpose of this project. This study focuses on the process orientation – contrary to the often described result orientation. This means, the project is not about WHAT to do, but about HOW to do it successfully.
