Description
On behalf of the Chamber of Labour Upper Austria and the Upper Austrian Federal State Government this project tried on the one hand to investigate success- and risk factors concerning the initiation and realization of Mobility Management in Companies, and on the other hand to research the necessary requirements for a long-term success. Additionally, the roles oft the players and the essential inducement factors of companies and employees were investigated.
The proceeding consisted of three parts: (1) analysis of existing guidelines and handbooks, (2) analysis and description of selected Best-Practice-Companies and (3) an own field research and data collection with personal interviews of companies, mobility information centres and other organisations. Afterwards, promotional measures for mobility management in companies have been derived from the results of the investigation and analysis and presented to the principals.
