Kulturverhalten der Bevoelkerung, kulturelle Infrastruktur, innovative Kulturprojekte wurden empirisch erfasst und hinsichtlich der kulturellen Entwicklung von Linz zusammenfasend analysiert. Es handelt sich dabei um den 1. Linzer Kulturentwicklungsplan ueberhaupt.
