Description
Ziel der österreichischen Beteiligung im Projekt KBL ist der Einsatz objektorientierter Datenbanktechnologie als integrative Komponente sowohl für alle Funktionen innerhalb von KBL als auch für andere CIM Komponenten (z.B. PPS). Die
Hauptaufgaben sind
(1) die Evaluierung von kommerziell erhältlichen objektorientierten Datenbanken,
(2) die Untersuchung der
Migrationsmöglichkeiten und -probleme von Anwendungen auf unterschiedliche objektorientierte Datenbanken, und
(3) die Entwicklung von aktiven objektorientierten Konzepten für flexible Fertigungssteuerungs- und -regelungssysteme.
