Project Details
Description
Aim of this project is to develop a wireless FSK/ASK Transmitter with
embedded microcontroller offering a single chip solution
for short range wireless sensor data acquisition in frequency bands 434/868
MHz; telemetry systems, alarm systems,
temperature & pressure monitoring systems and home automation are projected
as area of application.
The battery supplied autonomous system is projected to enable a standby
time of up to 10 years. To reduce power
consumption diverse concepts like system partitioning, partial power
shutdown, clock reduction mechanisms, exploitation
of various sleep and idle modes, etc. are explored. Battery brown out
effects and mutual interferences between integrated
digital and analog circuit have to be analyzed.
