Feasibility Study for the formation of a Recycling-Academy respective a university course of studies/MBA programme “Resource and Recycling Management”

The aim of the project is to develop an implementation-oriented concept for the introduction of an appropriate university resp. MBA programme for the field of resources, recycling and disposal management. In order to ensure an education adjusted to the target group existing institutions offering similar courses of studies will be analyzed (competitor analysis), as well as the potential groups of persons will be detected (target group analysis). The methodical approach contains a secondary data analysis, a broad online-survey including appropriate enterprises and a workshop to discuss and to come to a fine-tuning. Concluding, the contents of teaching will be specified and a curriculum will be developed including bridge courses, compulsory courses and elective courses, in order to meet the requirements of the different levels of qualification.
