Description
This project aimed to detect the achieved effects of municipalities carrying out LA21-processes in Upper Austria (ca. 70 municipalities and 4 regions), but also to relate these effects to the process design that took place. Thus we could find out about obstacles and weaknesses in the real process activities on the one hand, but on the other hand also identify hitherto unutilized chances and potentials of LA21-processes.
Based on this analysis we worked on enhancements concerning instruments and measures for promotion and quality assurance of LA21-processes. Using 6 different questionnaires, we interviewed mayors, chief officers of the municipalities, coordinators, working team members and leaders, and process coaches by realizing personal interviews and sending out questionnaires
