Energy-poverty in Upper Austria

The study focusses on the phenomena „energy-poverty“, embracing people of a very low income, that makes energy use and in particular heating financially inacceptable hard for them. Approach of this study is to get bettter knowledge of this underprivileged social stratum in order to be able to optimize public subsidy and energy related allowances-
