Description
Surveys of employees play an important role to foster motivation, performance and quality. In spring 2000 a representative survey within the employees of pro mente has been done. More then 70% participated in the survey. dimensions of the inverstigations were: team-work and cooperation, working conditions and work load, actions for personal development and motivation and satisfaction.
