Description
ECDL PD was a pilot project funded by the European Community (programme Leonardo II), which aimed to adapt the well known and estimated standard ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) to the special needs of people with disabilities.
The work aimed 4 target groups:
TG1: Blind and Visually Impaired Persons
TG2: Deaf and Hard of Hearing
TG3: People with learning disability
TG4: People with motor disability
